Baileys Lane is just a five minutes' drive from Whitemark, Flinders Island's main centre, its off the Lady Barron Road and down a short lane. Set in a large grassed area, this north facing property reflects its 1950's origins. Decorated with an eclectic mix of contemporary art, and 1950's retro, and with sculptural works in the grounds, the property is set for a relaxing break. There are three bedrooms all with king or queen size beds with separate toilet shower and full bathroom including bath and second toilet. There is a separate lounge and large kitchen, living, dining area. It's full of light and space with lots of atmosphere, you can enjoy the morning sun and the sound of the magpies. There is a gas cooker, heaps of bench space, and the romance of a slow combustion stove. The house is fully equipped with all the usual things to make a holiday a great experience including a good coffee machine! A great place to entertain or just sit outside and take in the views of Mt Strzelecki.
